1. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds are available within 14 days of the original purchase date, provided that:

  • The plugin has not been activated on a domain, or
  • A technical issue cannot be resolved by our support team within a reasonable timeframe

2. Refund Conditions

  • Refunds are not guaranteed and are evaluated case-by-case.
  • We do not offer refunds for:
    • Change of mind after activation
    • Feature requests that were not advertised
    • Conflicts with third-party plugins or themes beyond our control
    • Lack of WordPress knowledge or incorrect setup

3. Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, email us at support@magnoliawp.pro with:

  • Your order number or email used during purchase
  • A brief explanation of the issue
  • Confirmation that the license has been deactivated (if applicable)

We aim to respond within 2 business days. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.


4. Subscription Renewals

Refunds are not available for automatic renewals. You are responsible for canceling your subscription before the renewal date if you no longer wish to continue.

We send reminder emails before renewal (where applicable) to give you time to cancel if needed.


5. Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. We’re here to help resolve any issues quickly and fairly. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in permanent account or license termination.
